I made an appointment with Glen last Friday morning to repair my refrigerator today (Wednesday) between 11:00-1:00. I called him at 12:30 and asked when he was going to be here and he told me that my repair had been rescheduled for next Monday. This is no way to treat a customer. I never received a call from him or any other representative from his business informing me of the need to reschedule. I live two hours away from our cabin, so had to make a special trip to meet him. I have guests that will be here this weekend and need a refrigerator. It is the day before Thanksgiving and I have nowhere to put my food. I had to go out and buy a new refrigerator today. Had I known that he could not be here, I could have hired someone else for the job. This is no way to run a business. I do not recommend hiring Glen because he is not dependable. He will never get my business!
