This is the best experience I have ever had with At&t. The reps were so nice and very knowledgable. They were actual completely honest with me about the activation and proration fees and for the first time in 32 years I finally understand what I'm paying for. Wow, what a relief. Also, I want to brag on the manager, Lindsey. I was completely shocked at the difference in the experience I had this time compared to a year ago when I swore along with several others I would never step a foot back in that store. I will be spreading the word that this store is under new management and absolutely a completely different atmosphere which I no longer dread going to. Great job and awesome improvements At&t, you get my recomendation from here on. Thanks so much!
