This place is piss poor. The service it's so slow. Everytime I've been here they won't let me make an appointment they say walk in. So I'm here and been waiting over 3+ hours. When u do get seen they half-ass it and don't want to touch you. I'm in pain which they know and seems like they don't care. About to go to the er just to be told to follow up here. Grr I'm getting a new Dr.
Shut this place down or hire a new manager. This place is rediculous and has to have the SLOWEST service I've ever experienced. The desk "people" act rude and talk down the patients. I will never go back and highly suggest you avoid wasting your time.
I've been at Fast Pace twice, and never had a problem. Depending on what time you arrive, and your issue, there may be a long wait. Also, please keep in mind that they may be dealing with patients with more serious issues than you. Bring along patience, selflessness, and empathy, and you'll do just fine at Fast Pace.
AWFUL AWFUL! They don’t know what they’re doing. Made my sons hairline fracture seem like his leg needed to be amputated and talked to me like I was a horrible mother for this break. Toddlers fall as they begin to walk, all toddlers. I’d rather just go to another doctor and wait longer in the waiting room than to go to this fast pace.
Over 2 hr wait still waiting. If you are really sick drive to Jackson. You'll probably get seen quicker
